Arrange a zoom consultation/visit within 25 miles from NE29 with our principal architect, Grace Choi, to explore the possibilities for your project (further afield may be subject to travel expenses). You'll gain a professional perspective on what can be achieved. Grace will demystify the process of managing the project, help you clarify the brief, setting a realistic programme and budget.
This is useful if you’re thinking about buying a property/ site and need to discuss realistic options. Or if you’re a growing organisation/ home-owner and just don’t know where to start.
Following the consultation we’ll send you a summary of the session, any initial sketches/ inspiration we prepare at the time and a detailed fee proposal.
Cost: £150, refundable if your project goes ahead with GCA.
